You get 20 hours of one-on-one coaching with our Birdcage Certified™ experts over 6 months. Use these hours however you need, with sessions of 20, 40, or 60 minutes. We’re here to support you every step of the way. This is almost double the face-to-face hours our original, highly-successful Mentoring package allowed for.
We know flexibility is important. You can book calls from 6 hours to 14 days in advance, so you get help when you need it.
Absolutely. Life happens, and we get it. You can reschedule your calls up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, the session will still count towards your total hours. We understand things come up. However, if you miss more than two scheduled calls without notice, all future calls will be forfeited. We need to ensure our coaches are available for those committed to getting results!
We provide full bios and specifics on each coach on our booking page, sharing their experience, passions, and specialties. If you're unsure, you can book an "SOS call" with our Birdcage Marketing School Coordinator to help you get on the right path.
Our HQ is in Australia, and we offer calls during regular business hours, which also work well with US timezones. We also have coaches based in New Zealand and the United Kingdom who operate on local time, and we’re expanding into the US/Canada. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we can’t guarantee your preferred coach or session time will always be available. Some of our coaches have more availability than others as they are also managing live client campaigns. This is what makes them so on the pulse! We’ll always do our best to match you with a coach who can meet your scheduling needs.
To get the most out of your session, please complete as much detain in your booking notes as possible to help us prepare. This helps us understand your needs and ensures your session is as productive as possible.

That’s not the best use of our time! The on-demand course materials are for you to work through at your own pace. We're here to review your work, check your campaigns, help interpret analytics, brainstorm content, and recommend relevant trainings to focus on.
